Originally we did offer this functionality. However, sending emails actually does cost us money.

Also we started having problems with certain users abusing the system.

They kept signing up for trials and setting searchers for very common words. Then after thousands of emails were sent out they would mark all of the emails as spam. This caused an issue with our email provider to where they blocked us.

Now, we do not allow instant alert emails for the free plan by default.

If you do need to test this functionality and feel free to reach out to us via email or slack and we can make an exception as long as you agree not to mark the emails as spam. :)
